getting closer to the goal. eating around 800 cal a day and did a few walks this week. the pressure at work is almost gone. one more week and weekend it is done. thank the Lord for His help in this.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
