I have really messed up here lately! I gained a LOT! So I now know that low GI totally works for me, the only problem is because of my schedule it's not convenient...so I am not paying the heavy cost of a diet plan...I'm now doing Medifast. Although most of the food is HORRIBLE, I have lost 9.1 pounds in a week. The diet claims that you can expect to lose between 2-5 pounds a month and a woman on our support site has lost 60 in 3 months...and is still going strong. The good thing about this plan is I can grab most of the "meals" and go. I am allowed one "Lean/Green" meal a day in which I can have chicken, fish,lean red meats and veggies. No Carbs on this plan. Calories are restircted a LOT. We will see how this goes, so far, so good :)

248.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
