Went to our Son's house for the day..I had 1 sloppy joe on a bun I could have ate 2 but didnt..His GF birthday so there was a huge cake & ice cream but I say no thank-you..and ate a keto cookie instead...after we left it was almost an hr home..I was starving..lol so we stopped and got some chicken nuggets..it was not a good food day but it could have been much worse..lol
