FitOKay's Journal, 15 March 2014

First, what is everyone's views on cheat days? I've been thinking of making Sunday's an official cheat day. I wouldn't be crazy binging or anything but probably hitting around maintenance and just not worrying about logging that day each week (weather I'm sick or healthy lol). Sunday is normally my husband's weekend day off so we have church, family lunch out or at home and then the evening and dinner at my parents with my sister, her husband and kids, and my brother and his girlfriend. It would be a nice day not to have to remember to track. Thoughts? Concepts? How cheat days worker or didn't for you?

Weight news- Up point 2 =p Eh, I ate a lot at supper last night. I knew I would and tried to limit my snacking and brwakfast/lunch during the day. Fish/seafood is my favorite food group, doesn't really matter what kind or how it's made. But this fish was batter fried and salty... so that's my .2lbs =) In reality I didn't go too far about my upper goal range (1150-1350). Hopefully be able to start settling down into a 1250 average now that the mini lung crisis is passed.

Happy Saturday Everyone!

I think you are right about most the changes from day to day. Since the difference the other day when I weighed in after lunch got me curious. So the last two days I have been doing an occassional weigh at different times of the day, just to see what's going on. Based on the last couple days I seem to be up a pound or more compared to the day's morning weigh in after lunch, then down befor bed at half a pound to a pound over the morning weight. It was very interesting to see the fluctuations and guess at what's going on behind the scenes.

Definitely! If we give too much importance to daily changes, we'll start to get too stressed heheh.
