Second journal today, sorry bout that =p I just wanted to note that today is the first day for weeks I've not been stuck in a chair every four hours doing a half hour nebulizer (thats if I wasn't stuck in the chaif anyways from breathing issues). Good times.I am doing one nowbecause I was starting to struggle too much and probably one before bed but thats much better then 6 (or more) a day it has been. My peak flow is also inching it's way back into the 400s =)

I am very hopeful about being able to start daily bicycling again on Monday. Will probably be doing oreventative nebs for the next week befor biking, especially since allergy season has already started, last year I had to do preventive nebs befor exercising every day. During the Winter I found that wasn't necessary. I am not sure yet if it will be this year or not, but better start that way just in case anyways.

I am going to try and start logging my daily peak flow on here every day with my weight. I don't log peak flow anymore but still take it daily. However when I start to feel bad and get out of my routine I also tend to forgrt to take my peak flow.nwhivh is an awful time as I need to know where I'm at on peak flow most at that time. I'm hoping logging it daily again will help avoid that as often.

That's great i hope your lung issues continue to improve! As for typos mine are worse because I usually use my phone!;-)
