SPRING CUT - DAY 53 12 Hours Fasted
Still eating. Averaging 3000k+/day this week so far, so not exactly "cutting" atm. Good news is that protein is running over 200g per day, thanks to the massive chunk of NY Strip in the fridge, and carbs around 60g. Also still eating w/in a 1-4 hour window.
Late work night yesterday plus vax fatigue plus upgraded my overnight media consumption - blue blocker reading light + wait for it.... actual books, and preselected some audio books to listen to while falling back asleep. Rested (?) and lethargic this morning, with no discernable remnant of the stress of the last few days.
Did a little performance review of the last few weeks last night and I have delivered on a bunch of stuff and put a ton more on critical path. Also upgraded my attitude and support for family members. Although this was not an explicit objective - these motherfuckers have it pretty good around here - I feel like it is paying dividends somehow that I can't quite put my finger on. Folks seem to be stepping up unasked and helping out more, or something... I dunno... Less friction...
Anywho, the point is that Jimmy's most significant performance gap, BY FAR, is this here unfinished Spring Cut that has literally been going nowhere for some three weeks now....
Need to DECIDE what I'm doing here...
