OMG!!! I came home from work last night and there was two beef cheese enchiladas from taco bell that Paige bought and didnt eat so ..........I ate them thinking there cant be that many calories in that, I checked out the calories and 628!!! thats more than twice what I was planning to eat so I walked on the treadmill for an hour (320 cal) while I watched survivor....my legs are a little sore today..
I WILL NEVER EAT FAST FOOD AGAIN UNTIL I CHECK THE CALORIES.
fat secret makes me obsessed with calorie counting and exercise counting, which really helps my will power. I have done ok if I really tred before, but this makes every ting a little easier to control...I heard once that every thing is about control HUM.......
