wow... talk about fighting binges and overeating through out the last couple days.

I made a double batch of chocolate-peanut butter smoothie today [one for me and one for my brother]
he didnt finish his and stuck it in the freezer for grabs. I had a couple sips of it when I wasnt supposed to. I finished mine, which wasnt as satisfying as I thought it would be, taste wise, anyways.
[I should stick to my old recipe next time.] Had a strange craving for almonds so i had about a teaspoon of almond butter. I stopped when I realized I was eating it with the fridge open and I just hauled ass out of the kitchen like a bank robber in his get away car.

totally could have turned into a binge.

oi! one wrong step and before you know it you've slipped up the whole entire day. I mean, i didnt today... but it could have happened!


I had about two hundred calories extra... damn.

But i still plan to stay on track. So, I have planned lunch and dinner now.

Its not even twelve and i think i have eaten 680 calories. Shoot.

Well, it could have been worse, so I will just go work out a bit harder than I had planned.

I need to start strength training again next week. I am thinking about taking tomorrow off [after 5 long days for exercising at least 45 min a day!] and then going back to every other day, starting sunday. Have to get a good work out in before monday's weigh in!

Wow... leslie sansone kicked my butt again. I did one of her 4 'fast and firm' miles DVD's. Sweet Baby-Jesus, She's one brutal lady when it comes to work outs.



Turned out to be a high calorie day :/ as if i didnt see *THAT* coming...
Had some extra things that I really didnt need... I did a lot of snacking right after dinner. A bite of my brother's popcorn here, and i made a chocolate icey with carnation instant breakfast and some ice, there. A bask and robbin's mint and some gum now.
The icey was good, i guess, but in the end, not all that worth it.
I did end up experimenting with some yogurt and the carnation chocolate powder and it was pretty damn tasty. I think i like it better than my mom's stupid protein powder.
Blah... I should have went right for the gum. But I still made it in under 1400. So i guess thats okay, right?
