mom and brother have been fighting all day- stressing me out and interrupted my work out twice.
I did about twenty mins, and plan on doing more after this journal.

I ate on schedule at 3, but I still felt hungry- not physically though. I was craving food. Any kind. I could feel a binge coming on.

I started reading about emotional overeating, and I have every sign and signal.

these lines especially hit me really hard-

# Emotional eaters don't feel content or pleasantly satisfied after they eat. They feel sick.
# Emotional eaters still feel empty after they've eaten. To stop emotional eating, you must learn to satisfy your emotional hunger other ways.

I dont ever want to feel that way ever again.
And now that I havent given in to a strange and emotional craving, i feel really good. I am proud. I think I will go run now.

What a great revelation you had! Way to go! I understand how family stress effects so much of what happens and what we put into our bodies. Food can comfort but knowing it and recognizing this is such an acheivement! Bravo!
