I looked at your food journals and appears you are light on your protein. I would bump that up and you will be fuller longer. My go to is EAS 100% protein powder (1 scoop), 1 cup unsweetened vanilla soy slender and if it is a morning snack, a cup of cold coffee. LOVE IT! Alot of folks like the almond milk so which ever you choose, just be sure it is unsweetened. Read the boxes to decide which one will work best for you. I always keep some cooked chicken, sliced deli roast beef and hard boiled eggs (minus the yoke) at the ready as well.

Babs is right! Reduce those carbs way down and up the protein to MINIMUM 30% a bit higher better! Your body does not need all those carbs. :) nothing beats filling you up then protein, good healthy fats and small amount of whole grains.

I know...my protein is low. Thats my trouble area...I am not a huge meat eater....i do border being a vegitarian...i force myself eot eat meat each day...which is usually 2 eggs or 2 slices of turkey or a chicken breast for dinner, etc....but to snack on, i have trouble with that. I tend to lean more towards fruit, veggies, although the last couple days, i threw in a graham cracker for snacks which i normally dont do....anyways, never knew how much fruit and veggies, dried fruits, etc add on the carbs! but i do keep in mind, they are healthy carbs.... But, i will try the meat thing. And i like the protein powder idea...i will definitly try that. and i do take a handfull of vitamins loaded every morning with protein, vitamins, minerals, etc, etc....So, i do know im getting alot of what i need there! I just dont document my vitamins here on the diet calender. I cant drink regular milk...im allergic to soy milk and i dont like almond milk...i am a rice milk drinker....i think ill add a afternoon cup of that to my diet! Thanks for the suggestions all!!!!!
