After a cup of coffee this morning, but not going to make anything out of a couple ounces of fluid, amazing caffeinated gift that it is. Muscle up, blob notching down, active day ahead of me. Treadmilled in the middle of the day yesterday, hauled in and built the spin bike (very heavy), took a quick ten minute ride so that I only have to tweak things later.
Ton of stuff to try and get done today, including longer dog walk and some stuff for work. Being an adult is not always the most fun. Enjoy the day!
