if you eat...you gotta exercise...goooooood sunday morning...so...headed to the gym after 2 days of being to cold to get out an go...dont usually go in on a sunday, but since i havnt been in the gym since wednesday, decided it was time...get back in the habit and at the same time...get back into a steady routine...well..more later...have a great one...

back from a gym workout..just 50 min..didnt even want to go...but forced myslf to get a workout ...i kept thinkin to myself..if you want to eat...then you gotta exercise to burn off them calories... either by showing a loss on the scales or by toning up my body...

wow i didnt realize you hadnt been since wednesday..good thing you went..thats lots of days off lol...keep it up cold or not...you will be happier for it...

You did great, I am one who needs to join a new gym this spring that has a sauna and steam room too. You're right, one must exercise if they want to stay healthy - all of us enjoy eating, or we wouldn't be on here! Have a great Sunday loosin'.

Good rule of thumb loosing....I will do just that today, EAT AND EXERCISE. Towanda!!!!

thanks cathy, glenn, and lisa...just some days are easier to exercise then others...and since i hadnt exercised in several days i worked out on 3 different machines to get my time in...i did lay down while ago...but dont think i went to sleep...but then again...who knows...lol
