I have to share 2 wins and they are small, but BIG for me. I was starving yesterday bc I did not eat lunch (whole nother story) and my husband wanted Pizza Hut for supper. I knew I would way overeat, so I said NO, we are getting Subway. So much better for me.
Then today I was starving and wanted to chow down and instead I worked through it and chewed gum and I did not eat!! YAY!
It is the little things!
