the hard part is, that i can't have any dairy foods what-so-ever, so its hard to cut out the foods that i can eat because there are so few i can have. i'm going to cut back on fast food and really try to stick to 1500 calories or less..

Jenny- That fast food is a real weight reduction buster. There is nothing good or nutritional about it. There are alot of foods you can eat that are not dairy,... lean proteins, fresh veggies, salads, fruits, whole grains.
It takes baby steps to lead you on a journey of success!
