I had a deep hunger today that I just couldn't fulfill. 8 hours, drive through Chik fi la, and a huge helping of penne pasta later, I am a little disappointed in myself. However, I did get a solid workout in today and managed to burn more calories than I consumed. Tomorrow is a new day with lots of dietary promise - bring on the will power.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
