The positive: Half way through my first week. Even though I haven't set up a workout plan yet, I feel more in control. I really like the phone app to help track my eating. Since my phone has become an extension of myself, I don't have an excuse not to track as I go.
Facing the numbers up front certainly helps deter bad choices.
The negative: I am wearing a t-shirt today and my kid came over to give me hug. When I raised my arm he poked th flabby part and goes, "It's giggly." It made me laugh more than hurt my feelings because he was so innocent about it. It also made me think I need to incorporate physical activity into this thing, but that is easier said than done.
