For consistency i always weigh myself immediately after waking up. I realize that the human body loses water during the night. However i figure that since water weight fluctuates wildly during the day but muscle, bone, and fat do not its best to get a reading when dehydration is at its greatest.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
