It's January 1 and I am excited about being so close to my goal (3 yrs ago at this time I was just under 200) but today I have only 15 lbs to go to reach IT, I am so close so WHY does it feel so far away :)
If my actions were as good as my intentions I would have lost all this baby weight 3 yrs ago.......
Good Luck everyone, we will need it along with all the motivation we can muster.
I have had lots of success on the Atkins diet but have decided to give WW another try as of today and see if that will help me get the rest of this weight off.
