Cue the Napolean Dynamite "LUCKY!" whines... Tons of cereal, pasta, ice cream, and a whole pizza yesterday. No personal trainer yesterday, but a really intense workout regardless. And the results: no gain!! And I drank a ton of water throughout the night, so it's still lingering a lot and affecting my weight. Technically, I had a loss 😜.
