Full weigh in yesterday came in at 18.2% @ 200.4#. Not my most expeditious work, but honestly just pleased to find myself headed in the right direction after losing the better part two weeks over some personal shiznit. Waist is down about an inch, which gets me back into my fat jeans just in time for winter. Looking forward to getting back under 200, and back under the bar soon.
