When you take how much weight we've lost and visualize these models spread out on the table... really is an eye opener.

I know. It kind of grosses some people out, but it really helps me to see it, and know what I've accomplished. I convert my weight-loss to a rough approximation of *fat* lost. I know some of what I've lost was probably water too (and I've gained some muscle)... but, this is just an approximation. As of today, it comes to 13.28 gallon jugs full. I picture that in my head... it's a real motivator to see what you've done.
