LauPug1's Journal, 06 December 2010

Morning all my wonderful friends. I had a good week-end. Husbands Company Chrismas party was Saturday and I stayed right on plan. I did have a Rum and diet cola, which was ok. Didn't much care for the flavor as I usually have a White Russian. I'm not a drinker anyway, but on occassion will have one. I passed on the rolls, sweet pickles, potato and desert. I did it and very proud of myself. Hope all had a great weekend and were able to stay on your plans. To stay consistent in what you are doing is the best thing you can do for yourself. In some cases, throwing yourself a curve ball OFF plan us usually means a set back. I know it does for me anyway. If you are one of the few people that it doesn't affect that way, then I am very happy for you. Hope all had a great weekend and can't wait to get back into some exercise this morning. I've been very bad about that and I have failed on my challenge. I just need Stef(my personal coach)to really kick my butt.lol Talk soon all.:)

Isabel, You did see me on briefly this morning, but had to run. Wanted to get things done downtown before we got much more s@#w. Getting back on the mountain after s@#wing is very difficult. Your so welcome.:)

Laura, I am already very tired of going out in the cold to take care of animals. I don't have any horses anymore, just the husband does. So if I get rid of the cows, he can go out in the cold and take care of HIS horses and I can stay warm.:)
