I have set a goal for December that's completely realistic. I'm going to try and get down to 169 by the 31st. I'm only doing 1400 calories so as long as I stick to that I can do it. I'm also working out. Last night I did squats and lunges and some yoga stuff I learned from the Jillian Michaels dvd. I'm going to try to work out every night since I don't have to work anymore so there's no excuse!
