I really wish I could get out of the 160's. I know what I need to do, just not wanting to.lol I'm just wondering if I will ever be able to eat more than 20-25 carbs per day or if that is my limit to maintain? Oh well, at least I am healthier for my new WOL that I have chosen. I am thankful for that and I am also thankful that my body doesn't hurt the way it use to. Hope all have a wonderful day.:)

Well Squiggs, I just finished reading the whyguy article on stalls. It is very interesting. I'm still trying to figure out some of the BMR stuff. I guess I'm slow. Never was good at math.lol

Laurie, I read his article back in August and tried some of the suggestions, but didn't really see any results. Not sure if maybe I didn't follow the recommendations correctly.
