Hello friends,
I have been missing all of you. I have not had the nerve to record a weight lately. I am up but just slightly. November was not a good month for me as far as diet and exercise. I am suprised that the weight is not up more. I am however setting a goal again for myself to get back into the exercise routine of 30 minutes everyday. I will work on the diet end of things also, but I am not being as strict at the moment as far as writing every thing down and so forth. I am hoping that the exercise will at least keep me evened out a bit. I just have so much on my plate this month. I feel like I can't do it all. I find that the exercise is important to me to try to get in every day. Not sure if my thinking is right, but I am going with it for now. ZI am still trying to be somewhat careful with the food too.

Sorry to ramble. I have had a long day with Dad at the Drs. appts. and PTO meeting tonight. I am now president due to the president resigning. MORE STRESS!!

I haven't done so well either, but we can do this. I cant seem to stick with this diet thing. I ate so much today, I cant remember it all. But tomorrow is another day, and I'll do better, try harder, and move forward. I think I'm gonna have to stop calling this a diet. Good luck to you. Just wanted to let you know, you aren't the only one.

I'm in the same boat too...tomorrow will be better...keep your sneakers by your bed and get movin' when you wake up and don't stop!

Great plan to have the regular exercise. I'm sure that will help with some of the stress. Stop by and say 'hi' more often! I missed you!

I am sorry to hear you have been having a rough time.. the exercise should help relieve some of the stress. I know if I get on the treadmill and watch TV while I am walking.. I get to clear my head and kind of be in a different world for a while.. I hope things get better for you soon...and journaling sometimes helps as well.. we are all here to support one another... Keep on your plan.... and this too shall pass... Hope you have a good day tomorrow...
