Second journal because well it's Monday and Monday's suck.

I've noticed something lately at the gym that I've never noticed before in my entire life. Maybe it's because I'm working out more regularly and more intensely. Or... maybe I'm just wierd. My head sweats! Not just my forehead gets a lil sweaty and it looks like my hair is wet. No.. My head sweats to the point that my hair is wet. I have sweat head. It grosses me out a little. It also makes me wonder.. will this make my hair look better? It's cleaning out pores and stuff right? Maybe? Maybe it's just gross and there is no silver lining. I'm going to pretend it will make my hair look healthier. It makes my skin look better so why not?

I'm one day closer to my october goal of 165!

lol head sweat can be problem! When I wear my helmet on my scooter, I look like I just got out of the shower. yuck.

Whenever I work out I get head sweat too, then when I stretch I notice it start dripping on the floor. Yuck. Not attractive, but it means you're working hard!

Actually, that sweat acts like conditioner on your ends if you brush it thru before you shower. Gross, but true! I always rinse my hair, wash me parts and shave what's necessary, then I wash my hair last. I use a conditioner about once every 2-3 weeks. I have very shiny hair. Worth a try!:-)

LOL>...head sweat here too! You know our head is sweaty when you go from standing to bendng over (like to do Mountian Climbers) and you actually feel the sweat change direction on your head. Ya, head sweat good........all those bad thoughts and brain toxins rolling off!!

I want head sweat! But I would have to probably work out a lot harder than I do now.:)
