I'm stuck. As stuck as stuck can be. Must be the Atkins bars. Gotta give them up. Darn! I love 'em. Ugggh!

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 November 2010:

I know the feeling of being stuck. I wasn't stuck at the time, but gave up the bars just to see if it might speed things up. Seemed like it did for about 3-4 days, then nothing and I've pretty much been stuck ever since, even WITHOUT the bars! So, after nearly 2 weeks of no bars, I've gone back to them since I really like them and they fill a niche in my diet. Give it a try....a lot of folks say that the bars stalls them, so that might be the case for you too. Patience, patience....that which does not kill us only makes us stronger.

You might be losing those inches! But I can't eat those bars or have the shakes!

Hang in there Evie. You can do it. Your not alone, I really like them too. I am on the road alot with the client and they are so easy to just munch on while driving. I bet too you are losing inches.:) Have a good one and *******HONK*******

Im in the same boat there with you. I know for sure that I should stay away from the bars, but when Im without them I still can't seem to lose (not even an inch is gone). Stuck it is. But we keep going! Honk Honk

Food gives us joy and it is challenging replacing the sweet with other options and trying to stay in the zone so I wish you all the best in finding the fun in other ways:) Read my journal on May the 17th as I would like to share with you how I decided to give up the peeps (the sugar) TOWANDA!!!!
