Eh... It's the answer after 4000 calories. 😉 But otherwise, yeah. I'm learning that slowly. I was trying to get my monthly average to where it needed to be in July and it kinda went from there.

4000? That’s two days in one for me. I don’t think I could do it. I should try some day and see but I hate vomiting, I’d be scared that I’d throw up! 😂😂😂😂

I don't even know how many calories I went over for my splurge day on Monday... I am so bad at recording once I "blow it!" I'm guessing more than twice my normal? And... I'm lower today than I've been in close to two weeks? Bodies are so weird! 😁

I could easily do 4000 calories in a day, but don't often, even when I am blowing it. But sitting on the couch with a big bag of chips, ranch dip and regular sodas. Easy.

Me, too Fritzy- as far as easily hitting 4000. I love saltines and butter. I could have a sleeve of saltines, 1/2 a stick of butter and a diet coke for dinner. Not exactly a nutrient packed meal.

Melissa- it's the oddities like that that make me feel ok to splurge. Probably why I broke down and bought myself pop tarts today. :) Just finishing them and only eating 2- instead of 8. haha.

DP - I love saltines and butter too! I stopped buying the regular boxes of them with 4 sleeves in it. Once in awhile I find a small box with just one sleeve. I like to have them for times my stomach is a little queasy, but if there is a box in the pantry and I have butter, watch out! Saltines and peanut butter is good too. And if I do that, no diet coke, the regular is so good.
