Well I had a very eventful weekend last week and a lot of not soo many great choices and a ton of alcohol consumption... which will getcha every time!! Regardless I had a small minor weight loss... GOOD! Just think what it could of been had I not been enjoying the beverages. Oooh Well... This week has been a new week!! My choices are getting better which is really hard when evern morning at work someone is bringing in brownies or apple pie or coffee cake smoothered in caramel... aaahhhh!!! But I was able to say No Thanks, I have already had my bagel or oatmeaal etc. I still have eaten whatever I want and just really watch the portion sizes. I have a Penn State v OSU party to go to and I am making cheese dip and salsa (nobody will know it'll be healthy too) I will definitly need to watch my intake on the cheese dip though! Also I am taking a veggie tray that will fit right in with the wings and weanies and meatballs... Ooooh I just need to think GOOD DECISIONS!!! I CAN DO THIS!! - - So Can All Of You!
