Made a small list of things to do today and have finished all of them! Nothing hard but at least I had to make an effort to get up and dressed and moving.
I drove my new car for the first time in the week since I got it. Drove 15 miles to the next town over to pick up the outside light fixtures I had ordered. Parked far out in the parking lot to make sure no one was parked next to it. Funny how you worry with a new car, so afraid to get any dings in it. Passed on going to the grocery store just because I knew there wouldn't be any place to park with no one else around.
Was really happy to find a very lightweight folding chair at the hardware store. I always think about getting something like that when I go to the coast for my long walks along the bluff trails and to take when I take some of the steep paths to the beaches, which are usually empty. Once I got it home I started thinking that I need to make sure I can fit my fat butt into the very small chair! And since I know I won't be going to the coast for awhile, maybe fitting into the chair will be motivation to watch my eating and spend some time on the treadmill each day.
Have a picture of my newly painted kitchen cabinets. When I uploaded it, it looked like everything was fine, but the saved picture is sidewise which kept happening yesterday.
