Hello! this is my first journal entry - not exactly sure how this works. I joined Fat Secret yesterday. I am having trouble staying on track with my dieting, and know that if I don't have some support as the holidays get here - it will not be pretty! I lost 45 pounds last year - but have recently gained almost 15 back! This has to stop! So, here I am. I have had a pretty good day today - mostly on plan (nutrisystem) and am hoping to see good things on the scale tomorrow.
Can anyone tell me how the challenges and groups work?
Looking forward to making some good connections to help each other meet our goals
