At the Cardiologist for a routine checkup. I had a couple of incidents in my early 50's of Afib & have been monitered ever since. The nurse commented I was down 7 lbs. from my visit 6 months ago. Hubby drove over with me so I plan lunch out & some shopping

Everything good 😊 Going to reduce my blood pressure meds to half dosage....maybe discontinue in a couple of months if all goes well.
