Corona-15. A number of new events. I hit the big 50 so I’m working on addressing lowering hormone and metabolism levels. Also I’m trying a new device called “Lumen” which measures my CO2 levels around events like eating, exercising, and fasting. Ive also been working out a lot more in that I’ve added another functional fitness routine in addition to my heavy lifts in the morning. I also got a mountain bike and am riding a couple times a week if I can. All in all I feel good but I’d love to see some weight loss!
