Oh it’s been a bad week and we are only at Tuesday 🤦🏼‍♀️😟 too many chocolates and an Indian takeaway tonight, I wish I could find the will, control and focus I so badly need... keeping up the running and walking 5-6 days a week but this is getting tough to stay on track
