I overslept today and missed breakfast. For lunch I had amazing Subway. I'm really wanting some coffee, but I'm going to wait and see if these vitamins help me at all before I spend the money. I am wondering if I should speak with a nutritionist/dietitian person. My thing is, I have been contemplating diet pills and I don't really want to do them. Instead I want to be as natural as possible and therefore want to talk to a nutritionist to see where I can improve. Maybe get a personalized meal or something. I don't really know what their job is, but my school has them for a discounted price to students, so why not? I think also, I need to stop spending all my money on fast food. More salads. I'm getting very little vegetables and the only fruits I get are (most days) an apple and some days I get a smoothie. I know I could look up healthy options online myself, but I really want to hear it face to face so it will be as motivating as possible. Also, because I'm spending all my money on fast food, I have no healthy options at my house. I have to work on that too. Cooking is just SO time consuming. Even oatmeal takes longer than the drive thru! That's a horrible mentality, but whatever. I'm working on it.
