Up a lb. today. No worries....I'm sure it's the salt in the canned turnip greens last night. I had a 2nd helping (1/2 cup) to finish them off. My lamb chop seasoned with fresh herbs from the garden....rosemary, oregano & basil...with garlic, horseradish mustard & Worcestershire then sautéed in a little Olive oil in the iron skillet was finger licking good 😋 Brown rice & quinoa on the side.
It's cool out again today. I think the high is supposed to be low 70's. Hopefully it will stay dry & I can get a walk in. After our trip to the grocery store yesterday, I curled up on the sofa wrapped in a snuggly blanket & watched TV. No walk...it had rained & Hubby doesn't like walking the dogs if it's too wet cause they get all messy. I COULD walk by myself, but yeah...that didn't happen.
We have birds nesting on both sides of the house....wrens in the birdhouse outside the kitchen window and cardinals in a bush on the corner by the livingroom window. I'm not positive the cardinals have laid eggs but I've observed the female in the bush...& there is a nest. Love watching them!
Country style ribs on the menu tonight & maybe corn on the cob.
My app had dissapeared from my phone this morning 😔 When I downloaded it again my old widget was gone. I hate when stuff like that happens.
