I have had a good week so far, done my two days on the 5:2 diet and it went well, easier than I thought it would be. I have the week-end up ahead of me and I hope that I can just stay on track as the week-end is always the hardest. I can't wait to weigh myself on Monday morning and see how I have done this week.
