Yesterday was one of my worst day's. The heat must of attacked every fire of my being, it was to the point of being dizzy and thought I was going to collasp. However I fought through it the best that I could. Then a last night a miracle happened we got some much needed rain. It was glorious and to celebrate I went and danced in it, played in puddles and thanked mother nature for the relief. Actually blew kisses and signed thanks upwards. I know how corny is that, but after having such a brutal time I had to show my appreciation.
I woke this morning to my apartment cooler then it's been with a wonderful breeze coming through the windows. This has definately improved my mood, and perhaps I'll be able to tolerate people alittle better.
Now as for my eating, yesterday it still remained low and fluid consumption high. Now if I could just tweek that slightly I would be okay.
That's it and all for me.. Silently hoping for some more rain today!!
