Okay problem #1 - suffering badly from the heat no matter how much fluids I bring in. Has started to enter the lithargic stage Problem #2 - acquired the old habit of I'll so it tomorrow, then when the day comes find other things to do. Problem #3 - stress is extremely high
Yep it's all problematic right now. But most problems can be rectified and fixed.
Good things - eating light, drinking ice water with lemon by the litre full. Trying to still remain active as I can. Working on issues slowly.
There is a cause - action and reaction, how you handle your reaction can make all he differnece between feeling good or feeling bad.

The heat has that affect on people. You are doing well making sure you are getting your fluids in.
I am sure the rest of the problems will go away with time.

The heat is killer here too :( Really, it's more humidity. Tried to take the dog for a little run earlier and it was so muggy I couldn't breathe I said forget this -- lol better to just sit out than get a heat stroke! Ugh hope your problems are all fixed relatively soon and you feel less stressed it's the weekend lady! :) that's one good thing, right? Totally true what you said at the end to. EVERYTHING IS OKAY! Oh, everything still isn't okay? Alter your perception of objective reality! :D
