another day another workout ...goood mornin...wakin up to 35 outside this morning...brrrr...so just means puttin layers on to do a morning walk...was gonna detox yesterday but just never was able to do more then 12 hours and then hunger set in and the hand to mouth routine started...hopefully today i can do my morning walk, then after lunch do a bike ride and get back into the habit...i just dont think theres gonna be alot more days left to get the bike rides in...seems like with the cooler mornings...makes you think winter is getting closer each day...and the days have been cooler as well...was cool yesterday afternoon with the winds blowing...well gotta get up an moving...want to be headed out the door about 53oam to 6oo am...get this day started...

Mornin' Mike...! I see another drop on your graph...nicely done!! Yep....fall is here for sure and winter won't be far behind...another season of shovelling snow ahead! back from a morning walk...have only been doing around 2.4 miles...lol...this morning i was like i couldnt stop...did 4.55 miles...9947 in steps...almost my 10,000 and before 8am...and it felt great to do that kind of a walk this morning...
