I'm used to eating so much! I just had supper, and now I'm calling it quits for the rest of the night. It'll be hard, I love night snacking, although I know it's not the greatest for me.
I need to get my mind off food though, I work in a mall, there's a food court with lots of food; and I didn't bring my wallet - intentionally - to make sure I don't get an urge to go buy it.
My roommates ordered pizza tonight though, and that will be hard to resist when I get home from work all hungry and such. :(
It's going to be a difficult month; hopefully this healthy thing just become habit eventually.
