Quitting smoking today I've decided.

I had my last one about 10 minutes ago - and I feel short of breath and icky - and I don't want to feel like that anymore. I've smoked for a good 6 years almost, and it's time to stop completely. I need to get healthier, and this is a good first step.

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 September 2010:

Good luck!!! It's not easy but worth it. I'm on my 8th day without smoking and you start feeling better rather quickly.
