Not much new to report. My son's hockey trouts continued last night ... he has a game every night this week. That means I am out late every night, but that's fine; he loves it so I like to support it.

Hopefully I can keep from eating poorly during all that time at the rink!

211.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
