Warning, dont do this! I am trying to build muscle so I increased protien (to 100 gs a day) but ignored fat intake.( 1 day was at 12 gs in a day) Bottomed out yesterday, felt letthargic. Lesson learned! Its all about balance.

You're right. You are where I am now. Trying to gain more muscle and stop loosing weight. I thought it would be easy for me. I'll be 60 next month. I used to be able to build muscle fast.. Its become a struggle this time

@ketobruce. I too am in my 60s and muscle definition is harder to come by. Even 5 years ago I could build quickly..I've come to the conclusion that...getting old sucks!😭🤣

Balance is great, I think you are looking great. I love my protein ... eat quite a lot of it. What kind of exercises are you doing?
