크래미에도 은근 나트륨이 많아요. 라면 끓일실때 뜨거운물 좀 더 받아서 크래미 데쳐드시면 나트륨 섭취좀 줄일수 있을거에오.

Thanks Eva. Maybe looks healthy, but it is not... I would call it a “crazy collaboration between sodium and saturated fat.” After dish washing, I disposed one instant noodle immediately. And I will throw away two cup noodles tomorrow morning. 😭 Those crab sticks are also quite salty...

이걸로 제 라면을 다 비웠습니다. 튀김우동 작은 거 한 컵만 남기고.., 🍥 Now my pantry doesn’t have instant ramen. Except one small cup udon noodles... 😅
