Tammee, do you have a scale for your food? Do you log everything in the app? It helped me to see where I was getting lot of calories from. I can still eat plenty but now I eat different foods or tweak ingredients.

No I don’t but I have been writing down everything I eat and it’s helping me until it gets late then I start wanting to eat something sweet. 😭

Does it have to be sweets? What if you got rid of the sweets in the house for the time being and got yourself of stock of light butter popcorn and baby carrots and maybe celery? I have a snacking habit and the only way to limit my snacking intake is to get super busy or just snack on something with super low calories.
