It’s been so hard to stick to my diet because at night time I get my hungriest and want to eat junk food😭😭😭 I tell myself everyday I’m not going to do it again and here I am again eating junk after doing so good all day. It’s so hard to lose weight🙏🙏🙏God help me get stronger and lose this weight so I can be around for my kids and grand-babys

Why is it I want to eat the most at night 😭😭😭 why can’t I do good at night ???😭😭 I do good all day and then the hungry pains come with a vengeance at night. God help me fight my food temptations🙏🙏🙏
