Had a great back and biceps workout this morning. Easily pulled 45's (dumbbells) for back rows for 12 reps. I know with that many reps I should increase the weight but I feel like it causes me to lose proper form. I'm sure some women lift heavier but that's a good weight for me right now. Pull downs felt strong, too... 110 for 10. Hubby said I lean back too much when I go to 120, so I dropped it back down. Then a quick cardio session tonight for shits and giggles. Long story short... I'm hungry. 😬 Maybe hitting the gym twice a day defeats the purpose if its just going to make me want to overeat. I'm about 300 calories over already so I'm going to drink some water and hit the hay.

Idk, Chris but I assume it's video of men who can't even put their arms at their sides because their lats are huuugge...in their own minds. 😁 that's how I walk. Jk. Jk. There was a guy at the gym who walked like a t-rex. 😆 I really need to work today at some point.

@chrisw77 wish there were more people like u at my gym. I'd like to put more weight on when I bench press but am always scared I'll drop bar on me n injure my pacemaker..I have asked a couple of times but most guys/gals in area are so obsessed with their own bodies, they ignore u.

Gym jealousy is real. I have a high opinion of myself, so everyone lifting more is doing it wrong. 😬
