I thought for sure I moved enough yesterday to burn a few extra calories but alas it wasn't so 😐 I spent all afternoon cleaning house & didn't stop to eat. I grabbed a yogurt around 5:30 with some walnuts sprinkled in. With my dessert I did eat all 1500 calories of my RDI. Oh, well...I expect another busy day. I think dessert better be a low cal Outshine ice pop tonight 😊
It's rainy & gloomy out today. Glad to have all the sparkly Christmas lights inside to cheer things up.
