Ok. I still haven't gotten on the scale. But I did hobble out a 1.5 walk yesterday evening. Going to try to do this everyday for a week before I try to step it up a notch! I must, I must watch my eating plan.

Breakfast- Shredded wheat/banana; 10 grapes
